Try: 1. Go to My Account and>「VPNSettings」，disable TUN mode and retry; 2. Right-click the LightningX VPN icon and select Run as Administrator; 3. If still not working, completely uninstall and re-download the latest version from the official website.

Add LightningX VPN to the whitelist: 1. Open 360 Security > Virus Scan > Trusted Zone; 2. Add all files from the LightningX VPN installation directory; 3. Also whitelist LightningX VPN in Real-Time Protection. Similar steps apply for other security software.
